  Perfect for learning in a supportive environment, practicing focus around controlled distractions, and building essential socialization skills.

• 1-on-1 Private Training

  We know group settings aren't ideal for every pup, or every owner. Whether your pup needs a quieter environment to focus, tailored support for specific behaviour goals, or a schedule that fits your life, our private sessions offer customized, focused learning tailored specifically to your pup's personality and needs.

How Our Academy Works

Our curriculum is structured to support your pup's natural growth and developmental milestones at every age:

1. Start Off Right (Puppyhood)

   Setting your new pup up for life starts early! In classes like Puppy Playtime and Puppy Class, we focus on essential socialization, building confidence, and establishing smooth crate and potty routines. Together, we'll lay down foundational obedience skills like sit, down, stay, focus, and polite leash walking to give your young pup the best possible start at life.

2. Build the Foundation (Adolescence & Beyond)

   As your pup grows, navigating those tricky teenage stages requires a bit more focus. Our Preschool and Grade 1 classes help you shift from basic commands into refining everyday manners. We focus heavily on building attention around distractions, improving responsiveness, and helping your growing pup navigate adolescence with confidence.

3. Master Real-World Skills (Advanced Manners)

   When you're ready to kick things up a notch, Grade 2 takes your pup's skills to an advanced level. Here, we work on reliable recall, duration, distance, and impulse control under real-world conditions. Your dog will master complex, high-level commands such as Go-to-Place, Sit in Motion, and working at a distance.

4. Have Fun & Challenge Their Mind

   Training should always be an enjoyable journey! To keep your pup mentally stimulated and strengthen your bond, classes like Tricks & Treats offer fun challenges, tricks, and specialized focus skills that keep learning exciting for both of you. We also offer Pack Walks and Pup Socials, a great way to practice real-world manners in a safe, controlled environment, build healthy socialization, and connect with other Fella & Fetch clients.
