4 ON THE FLOOR / LOOSE LEASH WALKING - LEVEL 1
Are you struggling with your dog jumping up? Scared that your dog might injure someone with their over-exuberance?
Are you also finding it difficult to have your dog walking nicely on leash? Tired of getting your arm pulled out of its socket due to a chronic leash-puller?
If your answer to these questions are “yes”, then this is the class for you!
Many dogs and owners struggle in these areas. These aren’t uncommon problems, but the good news is, there is hope!
In this class, we will discuss the common reasons dogs jump up and pull on leash. Proper anti-pull dog walking gear will also be covered. You will learn various techniques to address these common issues, while keeping the training force-free and positive. Impulse control will also addressed and an action plan formulated to help the pooches who are struggling.
Yes, it is possible to have a dog who doesn’t jump and who can also walk nicely on a leash!
PRE-REQUISITES:
Graduation from Puppy Preschool/Grade 1 level class (or equivalent)
New dogs must be in your home a minimum of 14 days to attend this class
Current vaccination records up-to-date
